Good location, near Pattaya Central Festival, break fast ok,room not too bad clean but everything look too old should be renovated. My cold water tap in front of mirror in bath room doesn t work so only hot water come out, small swiming pool,

You get almost a quite well value for this price. But the much promissed rennovation does nt impressed my expecting ! Everywhere the management try to save money .The only true reason to book is the central location .

My room looks not as renovated. Building on street side, verry noisy. cannot recommand this side. no light switch at the bed. one lamp glass cover missing, wires open!! safety reason!!
old furniture (nipa lodge). But hotel staff verry friendly, except breakfast crew.

Perfect position, nice garden, pool, basic and old room (though very big and clean), no water pressure in the shower on the second floor??!!?? (means no way to take shower during 7 days ), breakfast terrific, service very good. Need to do something on shower water pressure and tv signal quality .

we stayed four days here after 4 days holiday inn. the only thing we did not like is that there is no air around the swimming pool. we went to the beach and in late afternoon swimming pool ok. room basic, but we had belgian television and news so for us even better than holiday inn, who did not have that!!!! warm shower and nicepeople, also at breakfast very good coffee - best we had on our holiday!!!also dragon fruit, we would com back , as hotel near to irish pub, bosco s and near to centralfestival shopping mall. of course maybe not so good for family holiday as everywhere hookers in Pattaya.
